You can pay contractors within the Payroll section of your online Square Dashboard. Be sure to have their personal information completed in order to pay them.
Square’s online payroll service handles your federal and state tax filings and payments on your behalf at no additional charge.
Square partners with AP Intego to provide pay-as-you-go workers’ compensation to Square Payroll employers.
You can process Payroll within the Payroll section of your online Square Dashboard. Make sure to process payroll by 8 p.m. PT to ensure your direct deposit recipients receive pay on payday.
Square can help you get your free EIN. Just answer a few questions required by the IRS by completing Form SS-4 and we can file the application for you, or you can mail or fax it in yourself.
