TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT & CANCELATION
Your contract is with Turquoise London
T/A Londonapartmentreservations.net
We require full payment eight weeks
prior to arrival. Should you need to cancel the booking, a refund is
subject to us being able to re-let the property. We do advise,
therefore, that you take travel insurance to cover this eventuality. For
bookings made outside the eight weeks period, we require a 25% Booking
Deposit to hold the property. This is non-refundable.
Payment may be made by the
following means:
THE RENT
1) The Booking Deposit is 25 % of the
rent and is only payable by Credit Card.
2) The balance of rent can be paid by Bank
Transfer in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US dollars or by Credit Card. This
could only be in the form the same currency the deposit had been paid
in.
All above Credit Card
transactions are subject to a surcharge. We accept VISA or MASTERCARD at
2% and American Express at 3%.
THE REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT
This must be paid by Credit Card.
There will be no surcharge on this transaction and this will be taken
two weeks prior to arrival.
This is a refundable damage deposit that is
dependant on various factors (please enquire with our London office to
confirm the amount). We will deduct the cost of telephone calls, any
agreed damage caused and the cost of laundering excess linen. The cost
of a pre-booked black London taxi can also be taken from this deposit.
The amount of these payments is
subject to the exchange rate at the time.
BOOKING AMENDMENT
Should you need to change the dates of
arrival and departure, please contact us immediately. Changes are
subject to the availability of the property booked and may be subject to
an additional administration fee.
MAID SERVICE
Should you require maid service, we
can arrange this. The cost is £30 per hour for a minimum three hour
visit plus travelling expenses.
TELEPHONE CALLS.
The cost of calls will be deducted
from your Damage deposit.
ARRIVAL IN LONDON
Should you arrive in London by
aeroplane or train, we strongly advise that you book with us a private
transfer They will meet you at the airport and take you
straight to the property in comfort.
DEPARTURES
You must leave the property on your
departure date by 10.30am. We ask you to contact us regarding your
departure time at least three working days before you leave. Should you
require a taxi to collect you, we can arrange this for you. Should you
require a late departure, please advise us prior to your arrival and we
will see what arrangements can be made. Late departures are subject to
an additional charge.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND
This will be made 4-6 weeks after your
departure subject to us having received the telephone charges. We check
the property after you leave and we do request that tenants are honest
about any breakage they may have caused.

limited to, as a result of Turquoise London T/A
Londonapartmentreservations.net's negligence) in connection with
the use of this website; or the copying or use of any information or
material contained in or referred to in this website; or any failure or
delay of the use or inability to use any component of this website.
FORCE MAJEURE
The company reserves the right in the
case of force majeure resulting in the property being rendered
unsuitable for occupation, to substitute a property of similar standard
and sleeping capacity. Neither Home from Home nor the owner of the
property is liable for any accident, loss or damage sustained during the
let.
