1. Who is
Londonapartmentsreservations.net?
Turquoise London T/A Londonapartmentreservations.net is a
London serviced apartments booking agency. We offer a number of
carefully selected, well managed apartment properties in central
London, the majority of which are discounted. You can book an
apartment for any period, from only one night up to three months or
more. The reservation service is open to anybody and is FREE to use.
Each time you make a booking with Londonapartmentreservations.net you
can be sure you are getting the best possible rate for your apartment.
Most of our apartments are discounted and for longer stays we will
always try to negotiate a better rate for you.
2. What are Serviced Apartments?
A Serviced Apartment is a
self-contained apartment comprising a living area, bedroom, bathroom
and kitchen/kitchenette - all the facilities of a home. The apartments
are referred to as being 'serviced' because they are managed,
maintained and cleaned for you, in a similar way to what you would
expect from a hotel room. Apartments can be booked quickly and easily,
just as you'd book a hotel.
3. What can I expect in my
apartment?
Apartments vary in size from studios
- one room containing both the sleeping and lounge areas, with a
separate bathroom - through to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments
with a separate lounge. All of the apartments have direct dial
telephone and TV and some have more entertainment facilities such as
satellite TV, VCR, hi-fi and modem connections. Many apartments with
more than one bedroom have more than one bathroom: you can always ask
us about this when you book. Studios and apartments have a kitchen; in
the case of the smaller properties and studios this is referred to as
a kitchenette as it is not considered to be full size. In the larger
apartments the kitchen will be a separate room. Kitchens are normally
equipped with a full cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and
crockery (including plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans). Some will
also have washer-dryers and dishwashers. Maid service varies in
frequency from daily to weekly, and includes a bed linen and towel
change along with other maid duties. Most apartments have a reception
and concierge for your convenience, but do not have a restaurant. This
is normally not considered to be a disadvantage, as you have a choice
of cooking your own meals or dining in local cafes and restaurants.
4. How does the booking process
work?
Select a property and we will
confirm its availability. We then require a completed signed Booking
Form and a Travel Details Form that can be faxed or E-mailed to you.
Upon receipt of the Booking Form, we will confirm the reservation.
Only the named people on the booking form may occupy the property. Any
change or the addition of extra people will automatically and without
notice bring the contract to an end.

Londonapartmentreservations.net must confirm availability with each
property partner before confirming any reservations. Upon confirming a
reservation we require full payment of the reservation unless stated
otherwise upon confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until
full payment for the reservation has been received by Turquoise London
T/A Londonapartmentreservations.net. The client will then be issued
with a booking confirmation and receipt of full payment. We will then
provide you the client with location details, the property terms and
conditions and any key collection process. Clients may also be
required to enter into booking or rental agreements with relevant
landlords in addition to the client’s agreement with Refresh
Accommodation. Any person booking on behalf of a guest shall be termed
the client and will be held liable under the following
Terms and
Conditions.

Our reservation department will help
you make reservation in any of the apartments in our selection. To do this, select your
apartment,
then hit "e-mail" at the bottom of the page. When we receive your e-mail, we
will send you a notice of acceptance. If you do not receive the notice within the
following 48 hours, please resubmit your request. Do not use several reservation systems
at the same time. Several reservations, if logged in at the same time will reduce the number of
apartments available.
